Calyptech has established relationships with a number of high quality manufacturing organisations. The manufacturers we deal with range from local for fast turnaround and prototype systems, to offshore for higher volume, low cost solutions.

Throughout the manufacturing process, our failure analysis and test capabilities ensure that problems or defects are discovered promptly.

Logistics

Calyptech extensive supply-chain and IT expertise simplifies the interface to manufacturing suppliers, providing a complete component tracking and forecasting capability. Components can be client supplied, or procured by Calyptech, and a kit of parts provided to the selected vendors. The assembly process is monitored closely, and a inspection and test is performed to ensure that supplied assemblies are free of manufacturing defects. Acceptance testing of completed products can be arranged.
