MELBOURNE, Victoria, July 26, 2004 - Calyptech, a leading provider of voice quality solutions for Telecommunications Network Operators, are launching Beethoven, their ground-breaking Voice Quality Analysis (VQA) Solution, today at this year’s Australian Telecommunications Summit.

The Beethoven VQA system is a crucial tool for proactively monitoring, managing and diagnosing the overall health of voice services. It allows network operators to objectively answer the question: “How good is our telephone service from a customer perspective?”
